1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are prepared for shipment after purchase through our fulfillment network. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once processed, orders are shipped within Canada.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location within Canada

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods.


3. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses and fulfillment centers. In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure efficient and timely delivery.


4. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within Canada.

All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Additional charges are not typically applied after purchase.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at connect@ornatesteelworks.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete address.

  2. Failed delivery attempts.

  3. Refused delivery

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

If an item in your order becomes temporarily unavailable, we may delay shipping until all items are ready for dispatch. If the delay is significant, we will contact you with available options.


8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location or with neighbors
  • Contact your local courier service

9. Out-of-Stock Items
