At Ornate Steel Works, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered within Canada.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

All returns must be approved before being sent.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (no restocking fee applied)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The 30% restocking fee will be deducted (if applicable)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
